Our Management Team

Ken Galpin

CEO

Ken Galpin is a seasoned entrepreneur with experience ​financing and building early stage companies. In 1995 Ken ​left the financial services industry to co-found one of the ​first branded, all-natural pet food companies which went on ​to achieve multi-million dollar sales in grocery chains ​throughout North America and Asia.


In 2000 Ken led the acquisition of Most Home Corp., a US ​public company, where he spent 14 years as CEO. During ​this time Ken led the acquisition and integration of three ​additional firms and pivoted the business into the mobile ​technology space under the Kurio brand. Kurio was the ​industry pioneer of mobile MLS services and over the ​ensuing six years grew to serve over 60,000 monthly active ​users in some 50 major MLS organizations throughout ​North America.


He has spent the last four years advising and overseeing

the corporate reorganization of the agri-business division of ​a BC based family office. Out of this work he has founded ​Galpin Brands Ltd. with a focus on the production and ​distribution of healthy foods.

Chris Mahony

VP Business and Corporate ​Development

Chris has spent the past 20 years developing start-ups ​and assisting new businesses for their growth. Utilizing ​his considerable experience in sales, business ​development and finance, Chris has been a catalyst in ​the evolution of numerous successful ventures. ​Recently, Chris has worked on several projects in the ​food and beverage sector including water bottling and ​plant building planning. He has provided sales and ​business development for Great Canadian Water and ​Selkirk Springs over the past five years securing over ​$50 million CAD in future contracts.

David Baker

COO Distribution

David Baker has had a broad career in the food industry ​beginning after graduation from SFU in a number of ​operational management positions with Dairyland ​Foods. Since 2000, David Baker has successfully ​established, managed, and grown food companies ​specializing in brand manufacturing and national food ​distribution. David Baker is well known and respected ​within the manufacturing retail distribution network ​within Canada and the USA.

Wayne Taylor

VP Logistics

Wayne Taylor founded Great Canadian Water in

2015. Wayne has specialized knowledge of water ​resources, beverage packaging and equipment, ​logistics/distribution and sales and marketing of

private label water. Wayne recently co-founded a

local beverage distribution startup. Wayne's ​technology background is also a major asset and ​remains one of his main areas of interest and passion. ​He studies various programming languages for the ​purpose of operational and customer service ​improvements.

Raffael Kapusty

VP Sales

Raffael is a CPG industry leader with 28+ years of experience in ​the North American CPG sector, specializing in launching new ​brands that meet consumer needs.

Raffael has strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and ​brand collaborators, ensuring new brands align with market trends.

Currently, Raffael is expanding brand sales and distribution in the ​“better for you” category, focusing on value-added functional ​water and natural energy drinks.
